• Worked at Head Start 17 years     ( Center Manager, Lead Teacher )

Teaching Philosophy:
I believe that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and socially. I will present curriculum that will incorporate each learning style represented in my classroom.  My role as a teacher is to provide students  the opportunity to practice skills in an environment where they are safe and respected. I will assist my students to express themselves and accept themselves for who they are, as well as embracing the differences in others.  I believe that by setting the highest of expectations along with dedication, perseverance,and hard work, there is no limit to what they can accomplish.  

Why I Love Teaching At HOPE Ranch?
I love teaching at Hope Ranch because of the opportunities that I have to be a part of a child's learning experience. Working with some families who were at the point of giving up, and then they found HOPE and I am a part of it.  I am Blessed to be a witness to so many Miracles! God is welcomed were I work  it's not just a job it's a Ministry!
