I have worked with children on the Autism spectrum for four years. 

Teaching Philosophy: 
I believe every child learns differently and as a teacher I meet them where they are to nurture a positive environment for education. Children need to know that they have the potential to grow, learn, and become successful students. Teachers are to celebrate students’ successes so that when a new concept or challenge is introduced, they are ready to accept it. Working at Hope Youth Ranch allows me to teach students that God has given me the heart for. I know that Hope Youth Ranch is dedicated to building up these children for the future and I am humbled that I get to be a part of this.
